Unused time doesn't carry over. Time beyond your plan is $75 an hour, in 15-minute steps, and I tell you before I start.

Unlimited covers changes to your words, photos, prices and pages. New features, a redesign or writing new copy are quoted separately.
I register it and handle the renewals, so you never get a renewal notice or an expired website. You have full control of it: it's your business name, and nothing happens to it without your say-so. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
I move the domain to you, or to whoever you choose, and hand over a full copy of the site. No exit fee, and nothing held back. It's written into the agreement you sign at the start.
The monthly plan is what keeps the site online: it pays for the domain, the hosting and the upkeep. If you'd rather run the site yourself, I'll hand everything over and you take it from there.
Starter and Standard sites are paid in full before I start. Online stores and Custom sites are half to start and half at launch. Monthly plans are billed monthly, or yearly if you'd like twelve months for the price of ten.
Anything that updates what's already there: new hours, new prices, a new photo, a new menu, a new page in the same style. Something new, like online booking or a shop, gets a quote first.
A short written agreement that says what you're getting, what it costs, when it'll be done, and that the domain goes with you if you leave. You'll have it before you pay anything.
Because it's small on purpose. Three pages on a layout I've already built and tested, words adapted from what you already have, and a scope that's fixed before we start.
Yes, where it makes sense. Most of the work is local because I'd rather be able to drive over, but plenty can be done remotely.
I'll look at it on a phone, the way your customers do, and send back a short video with the three things I'd change first. No charge, and no sales call unless you ask for one.
